By using Kisvar, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Service scope

Kisvar provides an AI chatbot, dashboard, and related features. We may update, improve, or modify the service for operations, security, and product development.

3. Account and security

  • You are responsible for the information registered on your account.
  • You must protect your password and account access.
  • Suspicious activity or security incidents must be reported without undue delay.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for illegal, abusive, or harmful activity, including:

  • Distribution of unlawful content or malicious code.
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Abuse that may harm service stability or security.

5. Billing and subscription

Paid plans, pricing, and limits are defined by current pricing information. Failure to pay may result in limited access or termination.

6. Data and privacy

Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using Kisvar, you acknowledge that chat messages are processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek) to generate responses. 7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. Kisvar is not liable for indirect losses, downtime, or lost revenue arising from use of the service, except where mandatory law states otherwise.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches of these terms or legal requirements. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in reasonable time. Continued use after updates is considered acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Norway.
